This explains what LeadVault collects about its customers and how it is used.
What we collect from customers
- Account details: your name, company, email and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your billing status and a customer reference, never your full card number.
- Your work in the CRM: notes, tasks, events, contacts and pipeline activity.
- Basic usage and security information, such as sign-in times and failed sign-in attempts.
How we use it
- To provide the service, keep accounts secure and prevent misuse.
- To send account email: welcome messages, password resets and billing notices.
- We do not sell customer information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the service on our behalf: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), payments (Stripe) and email delivery (Resend). Otherwise only if the law requires it.
Property and owner records
Leads are compiled from public records and licensed sources about properties and their owners. If you are a property owner and want to ask about information we hold about you, contact us.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep account data while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting needs. Ask us to delete your account any time.
